Mary Ellen Ciganovich, who goes by Ask Mary Ellen on social media, is founder and director of the R.E.A.L. Health Mindfulness Education Center. She teaches people how to be “Really Enthusiastic About Life” because when you are enthusiastic about living the life you love then fear dissipates and healing begins. Mary Ellen’s philosophy is based on Loving Yourself First. Love conquers Fear! Mary Ellen not only teaches this philosophy, but she lives it. Through her life-long journey to find cures for her own health, Mary Ellen learned the “Truths” she writes in her many books, posts on social media as “Truths of the day” and teaches to her clients.
