Caroline Ashton is the executive director of the RLC Family Foundation, a position she has held for 2.5 years. Previously, she worked as a nurse at the University of Utah, where she developed her strong commitment to helping others. Caroline enjoys spending time outdoors with her husband, Adam, and their son. Her hobbies include hiking, mountain biking, and fishing. We converse about RLC Family Foundation, how it took a shift in some of its efforts based off of Caroline remembering past trauma.
